RETURNS and EXCHANGES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE or OVER THE PHONE.

By purchasing orders at Nancy Thomas Gallery online or on the phone, you agree to this disclaimer.  

Please read the product description thoroughly. We make all prints by hand, mostly to-order. 

Your orders are very much appreciated and we are as excited to get them to you as we imagine you are to receive them! 

We begin processing orders the day they arrive. Because each piece of Nancy Thomas' art is handmade and hand-painted, one piece at a time, touched by human hands, every step of the way, we do not stock large inventories of the individual pieces.  We ask that you please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. (this does not include Sundays or Holidays) If you have an urgent art need, please call 757-553-5980, and we will address this individually.

Please tell us in the NOTES section of the order process if your purchase has a preferred arrival date. We will do our very best to accommodate that, however we can not always guarantee an order's arrival date. 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - WE CANNOT ISSUE STORE CREDIT OR PRODUCT EXCHANGE UNLESS THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOLLOWED.  UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

We accept returns for store credit and/or exchanges. Final Sale and Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selections, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of purchase for exchange or store credit of eligible items. Store credits must be used within 6 months of issue date. In some cases a restocking fee of up to 25% may occur.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Out of stock items are not eligible for sale prices when they become available. If you happen to purchase an item online that has sold out we will not charge you for this item.

Any claim for defective merchandise must be reported to Nancy Thomas Gallery within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

SAVE ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS. If you do not save original packing materials, this will void any claim you may have.

All returns must be in original cartons and authorized by The Nancy Thomas Gallery. Please call or text 757-553-5980 for return authorization and instructions. Special orders, originals and some limited editions, are not returnable unless arrangements are made prior to the sale.
All special priced items are considered FINAL SALE.
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. 

Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. 

If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact the carrier and Nancy Thomas Gallery within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. You also agree to save all packaging materials and product. The carrier will conduct an investigation for the damage claim and they and/or Nancy Thomas Gallery will contact you once the investigation is concluded to resolve the issue.

All sale items are considered "AS IS" and FINAL. NO refunds or exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS.
